Robert H. Leslie

Bob Leslie, Lexstar’s founder, is a visionary whose success as a developer and entrepreneur is legendary. He surrounds himself with a staff of highly qualified, energetic, dedicated people who are committed to getting the job done on time, on budget and without surprises. Bob believes that a group of talented individuals working together as a team can accomplish extraordinary results.

In his native Manitoba, Canada, Bob honed his expertise in the real estate construction industry. He purchased and built the first Ramada in Canada. Since moving to Fargo in 1994, he has expanded his construction and development company, building numerous commercial landmarks, including the Ramada Plaza & Suites, the Multiband Tower and the Staybridge Suites.

Catherine Cronen
Broker
 
Catherine is an Associate Broker for Lexstar and is licensed in both North Dakota and Minnesota.  She has over 22 years of experience in the real estate business.
 
Prior to joining Lexstar, Catherine was a property developer and manager focusing on multi-family housing and the hospitality industry.
 
Catherine is a graduate of Southwest State University of Marshall, MN and has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
Travis Voegele
Sales & Leasing
 

As a commercial real estate agent, Travis will work to develop and expand business relationships and investment opportunities throughout the area. His primary duties will include the sales and marketing of the numerous projects and properties that Lexstar owns and works with.

 

Travis comes to Lexstar with a wealth of sales and account management experience. Most recently, Travis served as the Sales Manager for the Urban Plains Center. Prior to his successes at the UPC, he served as a Commercial Insurance Agent for Insure Forward where he worked for eight years. A graduate of Minnesota State University – Moorhead, Travis earned his degree in Advertising and Public Relations.

 

Travis enjoys spending time at the lake with his family, golfing and coaching football. He and his wife Jorgia live in West Fargo with their two small children.
Chief Operating Officer
Norman Leslie

Norm Leslie specializes in capitalizing on new opportunities to create phenomenal company growth. He is a regional leader in development, construction and leasing hotels, commercial buildings and retail centers. Norm’s role at Lexstar is focused on relationships with banks, investors and clients, product and project development and managing the equity/finance process.

Norm and his father, Robert H. Leslie, share the Leslie family philosophy of “delivering legendary service.”

Vice President
Kyle Anderson
 
Kyle is responsible for Lexstar operations, Lexstar sales, construction and overall profitability of the company.  He networks with Realtors, suppliers, banks, architects and other members of the community to build solid relationships with them as well as to benefit our customers.  He is in charge of all time lines and identifies issues in advance so that time lines can be maintained.  He also ensures that control systems are handled with discipline to ensure cost controls.

 

Kyle graduated from North Dakota State College of Science.  He has 34 years of management experience.

Director of Sales / Property Coordinator
Kelly Parrett
 
Kelly is responsible for sales and marketing related to the numerous development projects led by Lexstar.  He also markets the retail and office facilities managed by Lexstar, including WestPointe Centre and the Multiband Tower in Fargo and the Eckroth Plaza in Bismarck
 
Kelly was previously employed with Prudential LRES Realty.

Controller
Arleen McKay
 
Arleen McKay, a Certified Public Accountant, is responsible for the day-to-day overall financial operation of the company and its related entities, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing and monitoring budgets, and overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable. 

 

Arleen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from North Dakota State University.  She was previously employed by KBW Associates, Freedom Resources and United Way.

Director of Communications
Lisa Rudnick

Lisa Rudnick brings over 15 years of administrative experience to her position as Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator.  Lisa supervises overall administrative operations; coordinates events, including groundbreaking ceremonies and ribbon cutting events; and oversees production of marketing materials, web site development and web site maintenance.   Lisa is also responsible for providing direct support to Robert H. Leslie, President/CEO of Lexstar.  Lisa is known for improving efficiency and accuracy through her expertise with a variety of software applications.

 

Lisa was previously employed with CBF Group and MeritCare Health System.

Todd May
Construction Manager
 
Todd is responsible for orchestrating all aspects of Lexstar's multiple commercial construction projects, including developing bids, preparing construction schedules, selecting subcontractors, reviewing progress and performing quality control.
 
Todd has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry.  He, along with his wife, Sharon and children, returned to North Dakota from Commack, New York.  
Neal Bietelspacher
Sales & Leasing
 
With more than 30 years of managing commercial and agricultural real estate transactions for clients,  I am uniquely qualified to guide you through the process of buying, selling or investing. As your personal advisor, I will deliver the following services:
  • Financial analysis to assist you in understanding investment returns 
  • Financial counseling on commercial real estate investments
  • Comprehensive real estate market analysis for Fargo-Moorhead and surrounding communities
  •  Assist you with municipal zoning, real estate development and construction issues

 

A native of Aberdeen, SD, Neal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern State University in Aberdeen. With more than 30 years of commercial and agribusiness banking experience, Neal has a broad knowledge of commercial industries and experience structuring real estate transactions. He has held numerous leadership and management positions with Bank of the West, Home Federal Savings Bank, Norwest Bank, AgriBank, FCB and the Farm Credit System in North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota and Nebraska. Neal first became involved in selling real estate in South Dakota in 1979.

 

During his leisure time, Neal enjoys fishing, hunting and community volunteerism. Neal and his wife Diana live in West Fargo and have one grown son.
